how do I make a booking?
When you make an enquiry, I can help you determine a suitable package. You then just need to pay a small deposit and sign a simple agreement and we can book in a date!
when do i have to pay?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours to confirm your booking (however it is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking). The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the session date.
do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Please discuss this with me during our first consult. Put simply:
25% deposit at the time of ordering
$25 once off admin fee
Balance split between 8 weeks or 4 fortnights
Order collated once balance is paid
why should I invest with you, when there are cheaper options around?
Bottom line is...you get what you pay for. For me personally, good photos of your family or loved ones are an invaluable investment. Something you save up for and not something you do very often. My family is my whole world and creating beautiful and unspoken images of them is something you can’t put a price on. It’s about capturing REAL moments and preserving them forever that warm the heart. My aim is to provide my clients with quality photographic products and the best experience and memories of their family just as they are, to cherish forever.
where do the sessions take place?
In-home newborn lifestyle sessions take place in your own home. Outdoor lifestyle sessions take place either at sunrise or 2 hours before sunset only.
do you travel to places outside your 30km radius?
Yes, absolutely! I travel anywhere; you just need to add $1/km return to your chosen package for locations more than 30kms from Wollongong.
what to wear?

do we need to pose?
I like to keep each session very impromptu and largely un-posed. The intention is to capture natural and candid images of your family as they are; and the wonder and amazement between family members.
how long do i have to wait to see the photos?
I usually post a sneak peek on social media within a few days and then your final gallery will generally be ready for viewing within 4 weeks.
do you give or sell raw / unedited files ?
No, I don't give out unedited images because I have a specific style that is associated with my business and the final product is a reflection of my work. I like to handle every last detail down to the very displaying of my work as this is all part of portraying my business in the best possible light. My unedited photos look nothing like the finished product. If I sell unedited images to clients, and they upload or share these photos, for example, the photos will be an untrue representation of my style. Remember you are paying me for my time and talent to take and process an image.
who owns the copyright?
I retain the rights to all images and hold full copyright which means I am free to use them in my portfolio, display and social media platforms. Your images are for personal use and printing only. If this doesn’t sit comfortably with you, please just ask - I am happy to limit the use of your images or refrain from doing so.
can I purchase products?
Of course you can! I have access to a range of beautiful products via my a la carte product menu, so please drop me a line and I can shoot you flyer!
I printed the photos myself but they didn't print like I thought they would. Why is this?
Please be aware that every photographic printer is calibrated differently depending on the type of printer, photographic paper and ink used. This is why you will see a wide range of results. I can ensure your print colours are managed correctly.
